Bewaren van klantgegevens<\/h3>\n<p>Het bewaren van bepaalde gegevens van je klanten doe je sowieso al. Je weet tenslotte aan wie je wat levert en factureert. De kans is groot dat je een CRM-systeem gebruikt waarin alle klantgegevens worden bewaard. Uit het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinesucces.nl\/blog\/b2b-marketing-onderzoek-2019-belangrijkste-trends\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">B2B-marketingonderzoek<\/a> van Online Succes komt dan ook naar voren dat 80% van de respondenten (B2B marketeers) gebruikmaakt van een CRM-systeem. Ik sta er overigens niet van te kijken dat er zoveel CRM-gebruikers zijn. Up-to-date houden van je bestanden<\/h3>\n<p>Je klanten zorgen ervoor dat je organisatie bestaansrecht heeft. Verlies je klanten daarom niet uit het oog en zorg ervoor dat je klantdata altijd up-to-date is. Zo wijzigt elk jaar gemiddeld 30% van de gegevens in je klantenbestand. Vergelijk daarom een aantal keer per jaar je klantenbestand met een externe database en laat je bestand aan de hand hiervan updaten. Zo weet je bijvoorbeeld tijdig het nieuwe adres van je klant als er een verhuizing plaatsvindt en hoef je niet onnodig te investeren wanneer een relatie failliet gaat. Welke kenmerken interessant of waardevol zijn, is voor iedereen anders. Daarom is het goed om te weten dat er naast de veelvoorkomende kenmerken ook nieuwe maatwerkoplossingen zijn.
