It also increases the quality of data entered on the web form, significantly improving work processes at the back end. “For us, it is imperative that the zip code and house number entered matches the data we have in our CRM system. We use this combination to find out whether it is a new or existing customer. In the case of an existing customer, the request is automatically linked to the data of this customer in the CRM system. If not, a new customer is created. In addition, the data from the web form is used to send samples. Data quality is therefore very important. NextBI’s solution improves the quality substantially.”
